What information does the website process?
It can process technical connection data such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page to host pages, establish connections, and ensure security. The storage duration provided by the hosting provider and conditions for international transfer will be clarified and announced before commercial publication.
No visitor analytics, advertising trackers, membership or payment form is used. Demos use sample content. The issue form sends only the content you submit to the support server. The current status of the launch form is explained below.
Language selection can be made based on the browser language and, if available, country information provided by the hosting infrastructure. Exact location is not required, and no requests are sent to third-party IP location query services. Manually selected language takes precedence.
Issue reports
When you submit an issue report, the title, description, selected category, report ID, consent and any optional reply email and basic technical information are stored using Netlify Forms. The report is also forwarded to the developer’s Gmail support inbox. These providers may process data outside your country. Files, clipboard content, vault data and application logs are not attached automatically.
Do not share unnecessary personal information, passwords or sensitive file content. The support server does not receive the form fields unless you submit them. Support records are retained for up to 12 months after resolution; legally required retention and records necessary to protect rights are assessed separately. The overseas transfer mechanism for hosting and email has not yet been verified; a consent checkbox does not automatically resolve this.
The local application differs from the website.
FilePilot's supported local AI features work on Mac. Features such as initial model downloads, updates, opening web pages, and archiving establish connections with relevant servers. The term 'Local AI' does not mean that all features of the application operate independently of the internet.
Features like Dashboard and usage history work based on user preferences. macOS's relevant permissions and file accesses are used for file operations. Granting a permission does not upload files to this website.
Privacy Policy
Data controller: Developer Okan ÖZCAN. Information you voluntarily share in a support request is collected through an electronic form to assess and answer your request. Depending on the processing, the legal bases considered under KVKK Article 5 are the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interests that do not harm the rights of the individual. The optional launch list requires separate explicit consent.
Rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 include: learning whether your data has been processed or not, requesting information about processing, learning the purpose and compatibility of use with that purpose, learning about transferred recipients, requesting correction of incomplete or incorrect data, requesting deletion or erasure when conditions are met, requesting notification of these actions to recipients, objecting to an adverse result based on automated analysis, and requesting redress for harm caused by unlawful processing.
Use the data request link below for KVKK requests, withdrawal and deletion. After only the necessary identity checks, requests are answered within the applicable legal period and no later than 30 days. Do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive file content in your initial request.

Informed consent and explicit consent are separate processes. If an unnecessary processing is added, a separate selection will be offered before starting the operation if required after evaluating relevant legal conditions.
Launch list: privacy notice and explicit consent
The data controller is Developer Okan ÖZCAN. Joining the launch list is optional; no registration is needed to browse the site or use its demos.
Submitting the form records your email, selected product, optional budget and currency, site language, reference, consent-text version and receipt time. The purpose is to record your interest in that product’s launch and understand voluntary product/budget preferences. The email is stored as unverified. This is not a payment, preorder, price commitment or obligation to buy.
Processing relies on specific, informed and freely given explicit consent under KVKK Article 5/1. The acknowledgement of the privacy notice and permission for the launch announcement are separate, unchecked boxes. Both must be checked to submit. This does not authorize general advertising, third-party marketing or unlimited messages about other products.
Records use Netlify Forms, with a notification to the developer’s Gmail inbox. These providers may process and store data abroad. The required KVKK Article 9 transfer mechanism and commercial-email/İYS readiness have not yet been verified. Ticking a box does not by itself establish the legal conditions for this routine transfer. Automatic launch or marketing emails are not enabled and will not start before the relevant obligations and address verification are completed.
After the list opens, purpose-limited records will be retained for no more than 12 months, or 90 days after the launch announcement if the product launches sooner, whichever comes first. You may withdraw permission and request deletion or correction. Minimal consent and withdrawal records required by law or to protect a right are retained only for the applicable period.
Use the data request form above. An easy, free opt-out in every commercial announcement and the required permission records are prerequisites before any announcement is sent. No automatic launch or marketing emails are currently sent.
Secure Vault security and limitations
Secure Vault content, file names, and folder information are encrypted. Items removed from the vault are moved to the Trash in an encrypted format. Originals outside the vault and exported unencrypted copies are not included in this protection.
Disabling window sharing and separating perceived screenshots from normal history, OCR, and AI mechanisms do not guarantee absolute screen recording prevention. Screenshots are not automatically encrypted until they are added to the vault. Keep passwords, recovery keys, and encrypted backups separate and secure against data loss.
Sales, subscriptions and digital delivery
The products being prepared are FilePilot All Apps, Stats, Screen, Opt+Tab and App Circle. This website does not yet accept payments or distribute applications. Live sales will remain closed until store approval, licensing integration, distribution tests and pre-sale legal preparation are complete.
The planned model is an annual subscription priced in US dollars. It renews each year unless the customer cancels. Cancelling renewal normally preserves access until the end of the paid period, unless a refund or another valid termination applies. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund.
The planned in-app trial is 14 days for All Apps and 7 days for standalone apps. Starting a trial does not authorize a charge or create an automatically paid subscription. The customer must separately purchase and activate a valid licence afterwards. A subscription allows two simultaneous Macs; deactivate an old Mac before transferring that activation.
After live sales open, Lemon Squeezy will provide payment processing, receipts, licence keys and access to purchased files. The checkout will show the total including applicable taxes and renewal conditions before payment. All products are for macOS only; Windows is not supported.
Please evaluate compatibility and features during the free trial. We do not promise discretionary refunds solely for a change of mind. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights, applicable withdrawal rights, remedies for defective or undelivered products, or correction of erroneous charges. Lemon Squeezy’s refund and dispute rules also apply.
An exception to withdrawal rights for digital content or services is not assumed automatically. The required pre-contract information, request for immediate delivery/performance and, where required, separate express acknowledgement concerning withdrawal must be verified before sales open. Offering a trial alone does not extinguish statutory withdrawal rights.
A confirmed full refund removes the associated paid access; a partial price or tax adjustment alone does not cancel the entire licence. Restriction takes effect at the next successful server check or when the current signed access period expires. New paid operations stop and the licence panel appears; user documents are not deleted and open work is not forcibly terminated.
Direct XDR upscaling requires a supported MacBook Pro with a built-in Liquid Retina XDR display. It is unavailable on MacBook Air or non-HDR/XDR displays; support for external HDR displays is not guaranteed. Nit values are driver targets, not optical measurements. Test your device before buying.
Required seller/supplier identity, contact and address information, system requirements, update/support conditions and complaint channels will be completed before sales. Third-party component licences will accompany distribution. This preparatory notice does not establish full legal compliance.
Data used for trial and licence validation
The planned licence check uses a one-way derived device identifier, device public key, selected product, licence key and activation status. Hosting may process technical data such as IP address and connection time when requests are sent. Licence checks do not send documents, clipboard contents, screen images or vault files.
Starting a new trial requires your email address, product choice and the version of the privacy notice you have read. The email is used to manage the trial and match the purchase email confirmed by the payment provider; it is not marketing consent. It is user-provided, not verified identity. Administration is restricted to the authorized developer’s Google account. Contact data is encrypted and removed by daily cleanup 180 days after trial expiry; minimal device/product/date records remain to prevent trial resets. Existing trials from older clients may continue without email. Use the Privacy support channel for access or deletion requests.
The purchase key is held in macOS Keychain, with a signed, time-limited access record stored locally. The server retains trial expiry and activation state; reinstalling does not restart a trial. Signed offline access is planned for up to 24 hours during a trial and 72 hours for paid access. An online check is required after restarting the Mac. A connection failure never extends access.
Lemon Squeezy may process payment data and Netlify may process licensing-service data outside Türkiye. The legal basis, retention periods and required cross-border transfer mechanism must be finalized and disclosed before commercial release. A checkbox is not assumed to satisfy all of these obligations.
