What information does the website process?
It can process technical connection data such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page to host pages, establish connections, and ensure security. The storage duration provided by the hosting provider and conditions for international transfer will be clarified and announced before commercial publication.
This preview has no visitor analytics, advertising trackers, account registration or payment form. Demos use sample content. The issue report form sends only the content you submit to the server for support.
Language selection can be made based on the browser language and, if available, country information provided by the hosting infrastructure. Exact location is not required, and no requests are sent to third-party IP location query services. Manually selected language takes precedence.
Issue reports
When you submit an issue report, the title, description, selected category, report ID, consent and any optional reply email and basic technical information are stored using Netlify Forms. The report is also forwarded to the developer’s Gmail support inbox. These providers may process data outside your country. Files, clipboard content, vault data and application logs are not attached automatically.
Do not share unnecessary personal information, passwords or sensitive file contents. If the form is not submitted, its contents are not sent to the support server. The exact retention period, data controller details and applicable transfer mechanism will be finalized before commercial launch.
The local application differs from the website.
FilePilot's supported local AI features work on Mac. Features such as initial model downloads, updates, opening web pages, and archiving establish connections with relevant servers. The term 'Local AI' does not mean that all features of the application operate independently of the internet.
Features like Dashboard and usage history work based on user preferences. macOS's relevant permissions and file accesses are used for file operations. Granting a permission does not upload files to this website.
Privacy Policy
Before commercial publication, the data controller's real identity and contact address, processing purposes, legal grounds, data collection methods, recipient groups, and any international transfer mechanisms will be matched with actual processing activities and disclosed in this area.
Rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 include: learning whether your data has been processed or not, requesting information about processing, learning the purpose and compatibility of use with that purpose, learning about transferred recipients, requesting correction of incomplete or incorrect data, requesting deletion or erasure when conditions are met, requesting notification of these actions to recipients, objecting to an adverse result based on automated analysis, and requesting redress for harm caused by unlawful processing.
The public communication channel to be used for applications has not yet been determined. Do not write personal or sensitive information into the sample demo fields. This section will be updated when identity and contact information is complete.
Informed consent and explicit consent are separate processes. If an unnecessary processing is added, a separate selection will be offered before starting the operation if required after evaluating relevant legal conditions.
Secure Vault security and limitations
Secure Vault content, file names, and folder information are encrypted. Items removed from the vault are moved to the Trash in an encrypted format. Originals outside the vault and exported unencrypted copies are not included in this protection.
Disabling window sharing and separating perceived screenshots from normal history, OCR, and AI mechanisms do not guarantee absolute screen recording prevention. Screenshots are not automatically encrypted until they are added to the vault. Keep passwords, recovery keys, and encrypted backups separate and secure against data loss.
Sales, licensing, and digital delivery
Price, license scope, payment provider, and delivery model are yet to be determined. This preview is not a sales contract or order proposal and does not involve payment.
Before a sale is made, seller identity and contact information, total price including taxes, license and device limits, system requirements, delivery, update, and support terms, consumer appeal procedures, and applicable cancellation/refund policies will be disclosed along with the product's actual sales model. Exceptions for digital content, if any, are not automatically assumed; necessary disclosure and separate consent flows will be established during the sales process.
Third-party model and component licenses will be provided separately along with the software distribution. Web archiving does not transfer copyright or redistribution rights of archived content.
