A new file has arrived.
Your next step is ready.

See updates like newly downloaded files and screenshots in Assistant cards. Open the file, select relevant actions, or check later in the Inbox.

  1. Update. New files are detected within active monitoring and permission scopes.
  2. Notification. You'll be notified via the Assistant card and active notification preferences.
  3. Action. Open the file, select a tool, or continue from the box.

Archiving offers in web links depend on your preferences; archiving options open with your approval.

What's the difference between the two circles?

The App Circle is for your selected apps and quick-access tools. The Shake Circle shows relevant file operations based on the file you drag. Both experiences have separate customizable view and behavior settings.

Do the tools really change based on file type?

Yes. FilePilot's tool selection takes into account the file extension, whether it's a folder, and the number of selected files in supported operations. Not every tool supports every format; relevant options are presented based on your selection.

Does everything in the web archive work offline?

The archive stores your selected pages and downloadable resources. Features requiring internet access, such as logging in, live streaming, payments, or server-side operations, may not be available offline.

Does it modify my application files automatically?

Quick Edit suggestions require you to review and approve them before applying. You manage the results and save options in the relevant tool screen. macOS permissions vary depending on the feature used.

What are the pricing and license options?

Pricing and licensing models have not been announced yet. When finalized, you will be able to see the license scope, payment step, and download options from the sales area on this site. No payment is taken in this preview.

Do the demos on this page work with real files?

This page combines real FilePilot interface screenshots and interactive web simulations. Sample content is used in the images. Files on your computer are not uploaded or processed. Perform real operations using the FilePilot app for macOS.
